Sometimes due to high demand, it may take 2 to 5 business days to process your order, and subsequently the time it takes for the package to be delivered, which is 3 to 5 business days for orders in Mexico, and 5 to 7 business days for the United States and Canada.

If your zip code falls within the extended zone category you will be contacted to inform you if there are additional shipping charges. Parcel delivery companies define "Extended Zone" as areas far from the main cities ; These areas are visited by parcel companies every 7 or 10 business days depending on demand, this generates additional charges and extension of delivery times.

Shipping will be made to the address you indicate when placing your order, so we ask you to verify that the address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to package returns, address changes or new shipments.
